Phoebe Phokompe has over 24 years of professional experience in both the agency and corporate sectors, having held roles at leading organisations. Phoebe holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of West London and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science from the University of South Africa. She is also certified in Event Architecture Principles through The School of the Art & Science of Event Management, reinforcing her strategic approach to designing and delivering meaningful event experiences.
She has served as Vice Chair of the Council of Events Professionals Africa (CEPA), contributing to the advancement and professionalisation of the events industry. Phoebe brings a structured, intentional leadership style to complex environments, guiding projects with clarity and discipline to ensure delivery that is precise, controlled, and built for lasting impact.
